All ROKstraps products come with a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Contact our customer service team on +44 (0) 1384 413 841 or customerservice@feridax.com, providing your order number and details of the issue.
- Our customer service team will explain how to return your item(s) for inspection. A free return will we arranged.
- Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging and include a copy of your original invoice or proof of purchase.
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to determine the cause of the issue. If the issue is due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
- Please note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or neglect, or damage caused by accidents, alterations, or improper repairs.
